So, I have been working in an idea for a while. Its basically two tiles that act as gateways for spirits. One is for ancestor work and the other is for my familiar spirit which I will discuss here.
The idea is that they can be opened and closed for any working you need with that spirit. Yet only that spirit may use that gateway. The keys are used to cross the tile to close or open, you could use human bones, or in the case of that spirit familiar, it will have a planet associated, so you can work out what trees, plants, herbs etc are associated and you could use a natural source such wood sticks. Blackthorn would work amazing as a protective gateway.
The tile can only be made once you have communication and use of the spirit familiar as you will need it's information. Such as its mark or sigil, it's planetary association, its connected element, also its lineage. Familiar Spirits will have a originator such as Lilith or whoever its linked to. Also its colour/s. Often these are the same as the planets and so are the herbs, Oils that you use to make the tile. You will need to speak to the spirit via intuitive skills, lucid dream work, trance etc.
This tile is made within the hours related to that spirits planet and using a incense blend, candles coloured to it and inscribed with its markings.
After that it really comes down to the words and visualisation used as the gateway which is also created via visualisation between a triangle of candles. The triangle acts as the working and containment area. The tile should be anointed in the oils associated, pulled through the incense smoke. This smoke works as a veil that can be cleared to represent clear communication in all forms. However I do stress, it's about the words that's used as you are allowing a spirit to anchor into this world but only that spirit/s.
The tile will need to be created during the rite, that means drawn upon, painted etc.
I will post more once I have worked this with some photos. I will make a faux tile after the orginal one for photos as I won't give my spirit information away but this will be going in my book with clear instructions. đŻđŽđď¸đ
